3 steps: Create. Save. Submit.
(Don't forget that last step or your ad will not make it into the book.) 
All ads must be submitted online through the Herff Jones website and will be printed as is and in full color. You can create the ad directly on the site using one of the templates provided by uploading individual digital images and dragging them into the photo boxes. If you want to vary your layout from the templates, you must create the ad yourself first, save the entire ad as one .jpg file, and upload it to the site. Please see the tutorial provided by Herff Jones for more details.
If you want to use any photos that are not digital, you will have to scan and save them as high resolution .jpg images. The website may automatically reject any images (including completed ads) that are not high enough resolution. Understand that what you create goes directly into the book without editing - typos, formatting errors, blurry images, streaky colors, and damaged photo edges will appear in the book if submitted that way. Warning: the quality of what you see on your computer screen is not necessarily what appears in print. It is highly suggested that you print a hi-definition, full-size, full-color copy of your ad before your final submission. No one will crop, edit, enhance, or clean up your ad in any way.
This year, students may place 1/4-page ads themselves for a discount. (See the Herff Jones website for details.) Please only use this option if you are a current Pascack Hills student! It is intended to encourage students to share memories with their friends and classmates, not for families to place their own ads.
Of course, any material that violates copyright agreements and inappropriate ads from anyone will not be included in the book.
