Interact is a service club at Pascack Hills where students are able to volunteer and work to help those in the community. One event that the club hosts annually is their Fall Food Drive (previously known as the Thanksgiving Food Drive), where students and staff are able to donate items that go to the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Hillsdale.
This year, the Interact club decided to hold their annual food drive early due to the pantry’s pressing need for food as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The drive started on Sept. 27 and will be running until Oct. 8. Members of the club are going to sort and bag the donations during their Pascack Period. Members will then drop off donations at the pantry.
