Senior students of Italian from both PV and PH traveled to Italy to explore the county and absorb all of its historical, artistic and natural beauties. While having the opportunity to attend school at our "exchange" high school.

The Interact Club installed this little library outside the Hillsdale Helping Hands Food Pantry. This library is filled with Spanish language books for all ages.

Echoes Literary-Art Magazine 2023 will make its debut at the PHHS Art Show on Tuesday, May 23, 2023! This year's edition, Surreal, will be on sale from the night of May 23rd through the last day of school.

PV's and PH's respective chess clubs met at PV and squared off in a 24 player tournament to determine who gets crowned as king.

The NJCO is a statewide competition in which schools from around NJ compete in up to 6 of 11 events, based on a wide range of science/chemistry skills.

There are many different ensembles will be performing: Award-Winning Concert Band and Chamber Choir, Jazz Band, Concert Choir, Unaccompanied Minors, Arpeggibros, as well as Combined Choirs and Band.

The Pascack Hills Chamber Choir and Concert Band went to the City of Brotherly Love for the World Strides Philadelphia Heritage Festival from April 28 to April 30. Students had the opportunity to showcase their musical talents while also experiencing the rich culture, art, and history in Philadelphia.

The Pascack Valley Regional High School District Board of Education will have four vacancies in the Nov. 7 Annual School Election.

Teachers received podcasting recording equipment for their classrooms and a full day of training from the ADP Center for Learning Technology at Montclair State University.

Pascack Valley Regional High School district celebrated National Foreign Language Week with a variety of educational activities to emphasize the need and the importance of studying foreign languages.

We are thrilled to announce our 2023 Spring Event will take place at Pascack Hills HS on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 7pm with a Mental Health Fair at 6pm.

Three Pascack Hills students of teacher Heather Lutz were honored in the 13th Annual Rose Thering Essay Contest run by Seton Hall University. The students were invited to attend the Celebration of Education at Seton Hall University on Sunday, April 16, 2023.

The Pascack Hills Model UN team competed in the St. Peter's University High School Model United Nations Conference. After two days of competition, the PHHS Model UN team returned with four awards!

Pascack Hills DECA competed at the State level of competition with 6,000 students in over 50 business categories. PH DECA team had 9 winners and 5 finalists, with their advisor being recognized for her 12 years of service.

Pascack Hills is happy to welcome both middle schools to participate this year on March 9th, 2023, at 7 pm to host the Annual Inter-District Choral festival.

Pascack Hills students visited the Montvale Public Library and led a Valentine's Day themed Story Hour. They read a book, made arts and crafts and had tons of fun!

The Pascack Hills Echoes Art & Literary Magazine recently won two prestigious awards!

Midterms will be held during the week of Jan. 24 to Jan. 27. The schedule this year will be two periods each day, each day is going to be a mid-day.

Together we helped make the holidays magical for nearly 1,500 children in Paterson this year!

Pascack Hills Chamber Choir performs at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

On Friday, December 2nd, the Pascack Hills Chamber Choir and Marching Broncos performed at the annual Montvale Tree Lighting. The band and choir took turns performing festive holiday carols that had people singing along with smiles on their faces.

On Tuesday, November 29th the Pascack Hills Chamber Choir performed at the Region Choral Festival hosted by Mountain Lakes High School.

Valley Chabad hosted a Holocaust survivor to speak free-of-charge to our students on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

PVRHSD Art teachers participated in an encaustic art workshop, led by encaustic artist Sandra Koberlein, on November 7.

The PHHS Model UN team participated in the 2022 Princeton Model United Nations Conference and came back with three major awards!

Several World Language teachers from Pascack Hills and Pascack Valley High Schools have been selected to present their workshops at the Northeast Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages on March 2-4th, 2023 and the Foreign Language Educators of NJ Annual Conference on March 17-18th, 2023.

On Thursday, December 1st, the Celebrate Languages Ceremony will take place at 7:00 PM in the Pascack Hills Auditorium. Administration, faculty, staff, and families are cordially invited. Students will be recognized for earning the NJ DOE Seal of Biliteracy in one or more languages and/or being inducted into the Chinese, French, Italian or Spanish National Honor Societies.

On Monday, October 17, the Board of Education recognized numerous staff members.

The Marching Broncos competed in the Midland Park Music in the Parks competition on Sunday 10/9. The band competed against bands from around the area and took first place in their size group along with awards for best Music, best Percussion, best Color Guard and best overall effect.

The Hills volleyball team has participated in this Side Out Foundation sponsored charity tournament against Pascack Valley. The tournament begins at 4:15pm on October 25th at PH!

Pascack Hills Back To School Night is Thursday, September 22.

The Pascack Hills PFA is hosting a "Meet the Superintendent" evening on Monday, September 12.

The tennis team conducted a fundraiser to send a child with cancer to Camp Sunrise. Camp Sunrise provides a summer experience for children who have cancer.

On May 24th, Tri-M Music Honor Society hosted a Showcase where we invited all the Tri-M Project 2022 participants willing to perform in the live program.The program was a big success, greatly appreciated by the participants (teachers and students), their families and friends. We strongly believe that Tri-M Project will be continued next year!

The Pascack Hills Student Immigrant Alliance conducted a donation drive collecting items to be distributed to Ukrainian refugees entering the United States and to be sent to Ukraine.

Starting in the month of March, members of the Tri-M Honor Society, along with other music students at Pascack Hills, began working on the Tri-M Project. This is the second year the Pascack Hills chapter of the Tri-M Honor society has worked to give musical opportunities to the next generation of musicians.

Talent Night, presented by Tri-M Music Honor Society and Chamber Choir, is back at Pascack Hills! We are very excited finally to have a live performance on April 12th at 7pm in the PH auditorium.

We had 109 total seals earned by our PHHS and PVHS students for the State & Global Seals of Biliteracy!

The Pascack Hills Model United Nations team participated in the St. Peter's University Model United Nations Conference on March 7, 2022 and March 8, 2022. The Hills Model UN won eight awards!

The Pascack Valley Regional Guidance Department and Regional Curriculum Office will be partnering up to offer Parent Support Groups to families in our community.

PHHS TRI-M MUSIC HONOR SOCIETY Induction Ceremony and the Concert took place on Wednesday, February 16th at 7 PM in PH auditorium. A group of 15 gifted musicians shared their talents in performing vocal and instrumental solos and duets in various genres and styles (from classical to contemporary).

The Pascack Valley Regional High School District Board of Education has hired the executive search firm Strategic Educational Advantage to assist with finding our next superintendent of schools.

"Y" Cred is an event especially designed for "Youth" that will include opportunities for bilingual conversations with classrooms around the world, interactive learning activities, exciting live presentations, on-demand sessions and so much more. More importantly, it answers the question, "WHY" learn a language? High School language learners will hear from older university peer learners and career professionals on how language has positively impacted their lives.

On Wednesday, October 6, the PVRHSD school counseling department held its annual financial aid program. Jim Anderson, Director of Financial Aid at Montclair State University, was the guest speaker.

The Interact club collects food for the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Hillsdale.

On October 17th, PH Cares (a nonprofit club) will be walking in an Out of the Darkness Walk to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
