Student members of the Student Immigrant Alliance and Spanish Culture Club at Pascack Hills worked together to raise funds and to create/pack encouragement packages for students of The Open Door.  The Open Door provides immigrant families the support they need to be strong, contributing members of society by offering weekly English, TASC, and computer classes as well as community building activities. Serving over 600 students, the student members of the SIA and the SCC focused on providing encouragement to the asylum seekers who have been migrating to the United States from South America within the past year.

  • Student will need to remain home for 5 days from symptom onset (symptom onset is considered day “0”)

  • Days 6-10: Students may return ONLY if no symptoms and fever free for 24 hours.  They must wear a well fitted mask at all time, indoor and outdoors, during this time frame while at school.

  •  Regardless of immunization status of other family members, those who are COVID 19 positive should be isolated from others in the household, if possible, for the full 10 days
